► Tai Chi at First UMC
Tai Chi classes are offered at First Church, Wednesdays at 9:00am at a cost of $5.00 per class. Tai Chi is great for physical health and mental growth. It’s slow pace and tempo is perfect for adults of all ages. We will be meeting in the Multipurpose Room. This class is open to all. If you have any questions you may contact the Church Office. Please note that there will be no class on Wednesday, June 23rd.
