Join Us for An Easter Carnival!!  March 24, 1:30-4:30pm  **All Are Welcome**

Bring the family to this fun filled event!  Games, crafts, food, silly dancing and the EASTER BUNNY will be here to round out the afternoon of activities!  There will be Cookie Decorating, a Cake Walk, and let’s not forget your camera, as the Easter Bunny will be here for pictures.   Get ready to have some fun and get your groove on!  See the Sign Up Sheet on the window by the Library and volunteer to help today!!

There will be an American Red Cross Blood Drive this Sunday, December 10th in the Multi-Purpose Room from 8:00am to 2:00pm. Volunteers will be needed in several areas. If you can help or have any questions, please contact Jordan Olszewski. If you cannot donate, please spread the word to family and friends.

It’s Poinsettia Time!

We are taking orders for Christmas poinsettias to dedicate in honor and/or in memory of loved ones, while lending beauty to our Sanctuary and holiday worship.  Pick up a form at the office and fill it out or we will have the forms  available at all three of the Sanctuary’s main floor entrances.   Each plant will cost $10.00 (6 inch  pots).  They will be presented to the glory of God in our Sanctuary Sunday, December 17th.   Please feel  free to take your poinsettias home following our  Worship Service on Christmas Eve, Sunday, December 24th. Completed order forms may be placed in the collection plates or dropped off at the church office.

We must have all orders in by Monday, November 27th.

Get this on your calendar NOW!… Back by Popular Demand is “HANGING OF THE GREENS”!  Help your church get all spruced up for the holidays!  We will meet after church for a Brunch Potluck, then begin HANGING OF THE GREENS! It’s always a great time, and we hope you will stay for a fun afternoon of decorating our church!

We will sing Christmas Carols, eat Christmas Cookies and get about the business of preparation for the most exciting time in the life of the church as we prepare a Birthday Party for Jesus!!

Brunch Potluck sign up sheets will be upstairs outside the multipurpose room soon!  So be looking!

Tires for Teens Fundraiser!!

October 15-29.

Are you “TIREd” of the same old gifts?  Join the FUMC Youth as they TIRElessly do some fundraising for their upcoming activities.

The kids will be selling products made by the Cass Community Social Services from recycled/reused tires, like the ones you saw them tossing around in their Mission week pictures.

Stop by the Multipurpose room, or grab a youth, to see the flips flops, mud mats, key chains and other unique gifts.

The sale will be going on from October 15-29.  Orders will be ready for pick up by the first week of December.

We are so blessed to have guests visiting with us each week. I want to invite you to join me for Coffee with the Pastor. We will gather on Sunday, October 22 at 11:30 am in the Library. We’d love to be your church family!

Coffee with the Pastor is designed to help you discover the values and beliefs of this church and the United Methodist denomination in a casual setting. I believe in this church and its’ ministry. When we find the right church family and make a commitment, we grow in our closeness to God, we learn to love our neighbor, and to walk as a child of God. I pray that you find that place of connection that will draw you closer to God.
